A low spreading coniferous cedar with bright yellow needle foliage for acid soil. Position: full sun or partial shade Soil: moist, well-drained neutral to slightly acid Rate of growth: slow Hardiness: fully hardy Beautiful low spreading Cedar with bright golden yellow needles especialy bright in the spring months. It will tolerate light shade but you will lose some of the colour. Garden care: Pruning is not usually necessary, however any shoots that ruin the symmetry of the plant can be removed in autumn. Apply a generous layer of mulch around the base of the plant (avoiding the immediate crown) in late winter.
